Thanksgiving Party at Preschool

Two Weeks Old

Mason is now two weeks old. He is back up to his birth weight

after dropping to 6 lbs. 5 oz. Madalyn is delighted to report that Mason's belly button boo boo has finally fallen off. At every diaper change Maddy would check to see if the "ukky" boo boo was still there. When she would get a glimps of it she would say "that's disgusting" and run away.

I think our days and nights are still a bit mixed up. Mason will sleep in his crib for a long time span in the day time but at night he just wants to be held. And really who can resist holding such a cutie pie...so mommy holds him until he finally falls asleep.

Special Delivery

Matt's parents brought us a special flower arrangement. Matt's mom, Patty actually received flowers in this vase when Matt was born. She saved it all this time and brought us a beautiful arrangement to celebrate Mason's arrival!

Welcome Baby Mason

Baby Mason joined our family on November 7, 2008 at 12:55 pm. He weighed in at 6 lbs. 15 oz. and was 19.5 inches long. He was a very fast delivery...surprising us all - even the doctor who got the call from the nurse - "Come now." Since his delivery was so fast he didn't get 'squeezed' much so he was full of amniotic fluid and spent the first 48 hours spitting up - the first victim was Mimi who got covered.
