Mason Birthday-Eve

We decide to give Mason his Birthday Slide the night before his Birthday. He loved it (and so did Madalyn). However he really never figured it out. The slide is a bit steep and the steps are a bit to far apart....and there is a bump at the bottom of the slide that really sends his for a leap. We may have to return for a more age appropriate slide.

By the end of the evening he did manage to climb up the slide and walk down the ladder...ugh.

Playing Hide-n-Seek

We had a family game of Hide-n-Seek going. Madalyn was terrified to walk through the house to look for Daddy...probably due to his history of jumping out to scare her. Then when it was Madalyn's turn to hide we would find her standing in a corner or just pressed up against a wall. But the best was finding her under the kitchen towels.
